CAR OWNERS could be fined if other people drop litter out of their vehicles under new laws approved by peers. The new law would mean the registered owner of a vehicle would face a civil penalty even if they were not responsible for the littering. Home Office minister Lord Taylor said it would give councils an extra power to tackle the "scourge" of rubbish lying on the roadside.
Kia is launching a brand awareness campaign in the UK with the main focus being on over 3000 consumer reviews on the Kia website. Italian manufacturer Pagani has put together a 14-minute documentary tracking the development of its new Huayra supercar. The short film heads to the companies that help to make the carbon and titanium-bodied Huayra, such as Italian company ASPA that creates the car's logo for an entire day out of a solid block of aluminum. The finer points of the design and development of the 230 mph car are also explored, as well as detailing how Leonardo Da Vinci inspired Horacio Pagani's original design.
